Client Introduction Process:

Meeting #1

The client provides a copy of last year’s tax return and recent statements of all present investments at our first meeting. (Our engagement time is billed at $170.00 per hour and our minimum investment requires $100,000.) Data is gathered at this one-hour meeting to permit our analysis and enable us to create a custom Proposal specific to the client’s needs and objectives. How better to invest $170.00?

Meeting #2

Our office generates a Letter of Engagement outlining implementation and completes a written Proposal. The Proposal includes a unique Investment Policy Statement and Investment Allocation appropriate to the investor’s needs. Forms are completed to implement the program at this one-hour visitation. We then monitor and rebalance the portfolio as needed.
